I enjoy working in the real estate industry because it is a constantly changing industry and is never boring. Every transaction is exciting and different. You learn something new and gain valuable experience on each and every transaction – no two are ever exactly alike. It is very rewarding watching my clients grow and become successful, scaling from smaller properties to institutional size in a matter of a few years.

I specialize in multifamily properties. I have been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 13 years, and have sold 4500 units totaling over $250 million with Lifestyles Realty.

I come to Lifestyles Realty Tennessee, Inc. with an extensive executive C-Level corporate background. I have spent my career taking Fortune 100 companies to the next level!

Much of my work was not only running the operations, managing people, finances, growth, and creating income streams but negotiating contracts as well. During those years, I helped design and had over a dozen custom homes built as a hobby. When I moved on to my second career I took my experience and put them to work for my clients specializing in luxury homes as a Realtor/Broker.

I’m a Nashville native and enjoy spending my free time with my husband, children, 6 grandchildren, riding my Peloton, reading, and traveling.

It brings me great joy to work in the real estate industry for several reason. It allows me to help individuals find freedom through investing. It allows me to help guide people through one of the largest purchases they will possibly make in their life. Lastly, it gives me the opportunity to work with many different people from all walks of life. I specialize in Single Family and Multifamily.

I have been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 6 years and have sold 140 properties totaling over $16,000,000 with Lifestyles Realty.

I have invested in real estate for over twenty years and I a licensed teacher that has been in the education field for over 15 years. As an investor and educator, I look forward to passing on my experience to others as they venture on their investing journey. I specialize in locating single-family investment properties in Kansas City and surrounding areas.

I started my interest in real estate in 2008 as a second career.  After obtaining numerous single-family properties myself, I joined the Lifestyles Realty team full-time in September 2013.

I love what I do… helping investors achieve their investing goals through real estate. I have focused the past 10 years in multifamily properties throughout Texas both as a Buyer’s Broker and a Listing Broker. I have sold over $300,000,000 in real estate with Lifestyles Realty. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball, traveling, spending time with my family and participating in fostering children in need in my home.

I am licensed broker in 11 states and have the CCIM designation among others.

With a track record of managing over $2 billion in sales, my teams consistently ranks among the top ten percent of agents in the city. Throughout my tenure in the industry, I have cultivated an environment that prioritizes attentive listening and personalized matching of individuals with investment properties tailored to their specific needs.

My achievements can be attributed to my background in development and construction, complemented by an understanding of marketing and advertising strategies.

Originally from North Carolina, I pursued my academic pursuits at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Over the past three decades, I have proudly called Texas home.

With a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, I aim to continue facilitating successful property transactions and meeting the diverse needs of my valued clients.

Russ Bartlett has transacted real estate in more than a dozen states and has been in the business almost thirty years. His experience ranges from single- and multifamily residential brokerage to in-house corporate real estate management with various Fortune 500 firms. On the commercial brokerage side, he represents investors in the acquisition of income-producing properties such as NNN assets, industrial buildings and self-storage facilities. Russ is an investor himself and holds active real estate licenses in Texas, Tennessee, Arizona and Washington. He enjoys Texas music and has recorded several CDs of his own original material.

I joined the Lifestyles Unlimited Inc. Multifamily Real Estate team in 2017, with 17 years of Fortune 500 corporate real estate experience. Since then, I have specialized in multifamily real estate and sold over $75 Million in assets. As a multifamily investor myself, I understand the need to be intensely involved in the management of each transaction, from initial sales consultation to closing. I believe in exceptional personalized service and have strong analytical abilities that ensure I exceed my client’s expectations.

My market area of success focuses on B & C class assets, including secondary and tertiary markets expanding across Dallas/Fort Worth and north Texas.

I bring a wealth of knowledge to clients seeking to maximize their commercial real estate investments. Over my 23-year career as a USAF pilot, I became adept at buying, selling, leasing, and financing investment properties, earning my Real Estate Agent license while still in service. Upon retiring from the Air Force, I had the good fortune to become the Operating Partner and President of FlightTime Business Jets, a private jet management and charter company based in San Antonio. Under my leadership, we expanded rapidly to manage 13 aircraft across three states by earning the trust of high-net-worth clients through honesty and integrity.

Now, I have joined the real estate industry full-time to leverage my extensive experience for your benefit. My skills have been honed through combat leadership, formal education, and multi-million dollar face-to-face negotiations, earning me a reputation as a successful business leader and determined problem-solver.

I am a native of Western NY and Northern PA and attended Penn State, where I studied Aerospace Engineering. My career in the USAF began as a Flight Test Engineer, and I later flew fighters and trainers and held various HQ staff positions.
