I began working in the real estate industry in 2004 as an assistant for a property management company with 300 rentals. I went into sales full time in 2014 and was in the top 20% of agents in my office regularly while also mentoring new agents entering the business. Experienced with bank owned properties, short sales, and off market opportunities.

I’m Titus, a Realtor with a passion for real estate based in Columbia, South Carolina. With four years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep love for everything related to real estate. I consider myself someone who practically breathes houses at this point in my career.

My greatest joy comes from interacting with my clients and helping them achieve their dreams, whether it’s finding the perfect home or making a sound investment in real estate. My journey in real estate took an exciting turn when my wife and I decided to become investors ourselves. Through our experiences, I believe I am well-prepared to assist my future clients in finding the perfect property to invest in.

I earned my education at the University of South Carolina, which has provided me with a strong foundation to excel in the real estate industry.

Outside of my professional life, my wife and I are proud parents to three boys and one girl. Despite 17 years of parenthood, we’re continually learning and growing in this rewarding role.

In my leisure time, I enjoy investing in real estate, traveling with my family, watching various sports on TV, and seeking different ways to build my character as a human being.

I’m an active member of the National Association of Realtors, demonstrating my commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in the industry.
