I joined Lifestyles Unlimited in 2012 as a member. Five years later I joined the Realty Team to help give back to our family of LU members. I’m a licensed REALTOR® in Houston, Texas that specializes in single-family properties and enjoy helping clients purchase investment properties.

Born and raised in Texas, I have been investing in Real Estate since 2007. I started by flipping and then learned the benefits of building my portfolio and managing my own properties. In 2014, I gained my real estate license and started work at a nationally recognized Property Management Company out of San Antonio. I devoted my career to learning what it takes to maintain and profit from maximizing rent in my own and in my investors units.

I joined our team in 2022 and I’m excited to share my expertise with our members to help solidify their portfolios and build passive lines of income. I specialize in tracking MLS listings and turning them into wise investments.

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2012, with experience working across both North Carolina and South Carolina. After spending 19 years working in North Carolina, I returned to my home state of South Carolina, where I’ve been licensed and active since 2015. I joined Lifestyles Unlimited as a passive investor in 2018 and became part of the Lifestyles Realty team in 2025 to help other investors build long-term wealth through real estate.

In addition to residential and investment real estate, I bring a strong background in land and property analysis as a Certified Arborist and Registered Forester, and I previously worked as a real estate land specialist. Earlier in my career, I also served as a wildland firefighter and helicopter crew chief, experiences that strengthened my leadership, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure.

I hold a BS in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University, along with an MBA and an MS in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pfeiffer University. My wife, Kelly, is a nurse, and we have two children—Nick, a junior at Clemson University studying Sports Management, and Danielle, a high school volleyball defensive specialist/libero. Outside of work, I enjoy travel volleyball, gardening, and caring for my bonsai collection.
