I specialize in off-market single-family properties. I have been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 6 years and have sold 680+ properties totaling over $65 million with Lifestyles Realty.

I earned my license to help with my own real estate investment purchases and after buying 21 single family properties as a member, I decided to join the Lifestyles Realty team.  Since then, I have continued building my portfolio while helping other individuals who are looking to begin or further their real estate goals.

I have been a licensed REALTOR® for 10+ years and have sold 200+ properties with Lifestyles Realty.

I joined Lifestyles Unlimited as a member in 2012 and had the privilege of experiencing firsthand how purchasing single-family buy-and-hold real estate investments could transform my family’s financial future. Through the simple model laid out for me, I was able to generate passive income streams that ultimately led to true financial freedom. Over the years, I have built an extensive real estate portfolio, which now includes several single-family properties and multiple multifamily communities. Since joining Lifestyles Unlimited, I have held various roles within the organization, using my knowledge and experience to help countless members achieve their own success in the ever-evolving real estate market.

In 2013, I joined the Lifestyles Realty Central Texas team, helping members achieve their personal investment goals by identifying opportunities that met their specific criteria. In 2015, I transitioned into the role of Single-Family Mentor, a position I held for 10 years. This role was incredibly rewarding, as it allowed me to guide members in mapping out their paths to success and providing support during challenging decisions. I believe my greatest strength in this role was helping investors clearly define their short-term and long-term objectives, reinforcing the idea that financial freedom isn’t achieved through a single acquisition, but by strategically building a portfolio of passive income streams.

Now, as I return to Lifestyles Realty as a Realtor, I am excited to once again share my experience and knowledge with members—helping them buy, sell, evaluate, and scale their portfolios to achieve their personal financial goals. Outside of real estate, I am a proud mom of two amazing girls, raising them to understand the profound impact of owning residential rental properties when done correctly. I’m also a loud and proud swim mom, often found cheering poolside at swim meets across the state.

With over 30 years of experience in the Creative Arts as a Music Minister and performer, I have now made the leap into the world of real estate. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry as I embark on this exciting new chapter.

Originally from Chicago, I have lived in various states, from Florida to Arizona, before finding my home in the Springfield/Branson area where I have resided for over 13 years.

Having held a real estate license in Michigan and currently licensed in the states of Florida and Missouri, I have a solid foundation in the real estate field.

In addition to my real estate pursuits, I am a versatile musician, proficient in singing, guitar, piano, bass, and drums. Music has been both a passion and a profession for me, alongside acting, golfing, softball, and model railroading, which I enjoy as hobbies.

Married for 33 years, I am a proud parent to two grown children and a doting grandparent.

I am starting my real estate journey as a single-family agent and eagerly anticipate expanding into multi-family properties in the near future. My goal is to not only secure my own financial future but also to assist others in achieving their real estate investment goals.

As a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for real estate, I knew early on that rental properties were the key to financial freedom. I joined Lifestyles Realty in the Summer of 2016. I have a BS degree in Business with a concentration in Project Management. I’ve also earned the designation of Pricing Strategy Advisor. My investment property career began in 1999 when I began purchasing rental properties as a college student as well as over 100 transactions under my belt as an agent.

Prior to joining LU, I have over 12 years in the upstream Oil & Gas Industry with significant experience in international sales and purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain consulting.

A few fun facts about me…My lovely wife of 18 years made the “mistake” of marrying me after only 5 days! We have 2 incredible children of 17 and 11 who keep us busy going to music performances and cheer competitions!

I love Cajun cooking and Texas BBQ! I also play guitar and just picked up the drums a year ago (my neighbors LOVE me!). I purchased my 1st rental property when I was 19 and as a student at LSU. If I’m not working deals you’ probably find me at the fishing camp or offshore.

My investing in real estate started when my wife became pregnant with our third child.  We were facing the future expense of having a newborn, a one-year-old, and a two-year-old in daycare.  As a first-grade teacher, the cost of daycare for three babies would be my entire month’s salary.  My wife and I knew that we had to do SOMETHING.  After exhaustive research, we decided to invest in real estate.  We cashed in our retirement and purchased eight single family properties.  This allowed me to retire from teaching and stay at home with my children.  My family and I could not have made a better decision!  The time spent with my family is simply irreplaceable.  We have continued to purchase single family properties.

Once my children were in school, I joined the Lifestyles Realty team to give back to the Lifestyles community that has given my family so much.  It has been very rewarding to help of members achieve their goals!
