Originating from Florida, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of real estate. As a member of Lifestyles Unlimited since 2015, my journey as a Multifamily owner and operator commenced in 2016, culminating in the successful management of an extensive portfolio comprising over 1,900 units.

With a strong blend of experience, education, and diverse interests, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional service and unparalleled insights to clients seeking their ideal real estate solutions.

I enjoy working in the real estate industry because it is a constantly changing industry and is never boring. Every transaction is exciting and different. You learn something new and gain valuable experience on each and every transaction – no two are ever exactly alike. It is very rewarding watching my clients grow and become successful, scaling from smaller properties to institutional size in a matter of a few years.

I specialize in multifamily properties. I have been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 13 years, and have sold 4500 units totaling over $250 million with Lifestyles Realty.

I come to Lifestyles Realty Tennessee, Inc. with an extensive executive C-Level corporate background. I have spent my career taking Fortune 100 companies to the next level!

Much of my work was not only running the operations, managing people, finances, growth, and creating income streams but negotiating contracts as well. During those years, I helped design and had over a dozen custom homes built as a hobby. When I moved on to my second career I took my experience and put them to work for my clients specializing in luxury homes as a Realtor/Broker.

I’m a Nashville native and enjoy spending my free time with my husband, children, 6 grandchildren, riding my Peloton, reading, and traveling.

It brings me great joy to work in the real estate industry for several reason. It allows me to help individuals find freedom through investing. It allows me to help guide people through one of the largest purchases they will possibly make in their life. Lastly, it gives me the opportunity to work with many different people from all walks of life. I specialize in Single Family and Multifamily.

I have been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 6 years and have sold 140 properties totaling over $16,000,000 with Lifestyles Realty.

I have invested in real estate for over twenty years and I a licensed teacher that has been in the education field for over 15 years. As an investor and educator, I look forward to passing on my experience to others as they venture on their investing journey. I specialize in locating single-family investment properties in Kansas City and surrounding areas.

I started my interest in real estate in 2008 as a second career.  After obtaining numerous single-family properties myself, I joined the Lifestyles Realty team full-time in September 2013.

I love what I do… helping investors achieve their investing goals through real estate. I have focused the past 10 years in multifamily properties throughout Texas both as a Buyer’s Broker and a Listing Broker. I have sold over $300,000,000 in real estate with Lifestyles Realty. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball, traveling, spending time with my family and participating in fostering children in need in my home.

After selling my corporation to a Fortune 500 company, I turned to real estate to reinvest the capital, obtaining my real estate license in the process. This afforded me the opportunity to help Lifestyles members produce life-changing wealth through the acquisition of multi-family assets.

I focus solely on multi-family assets, which means that I’ve developed a deep understanding of the current market. My sharp skill-set is equally applicable to both buying and selling assets – evidenced by the many major transactions that I have produced from both sides of the table.

My real estate license has been with the state of Texas for more than 10+ years and I have transacted in over $500 million of multifamily housing with Lifestyles Realty.

I have been with  Lifestyles Unlimited Inc. since January 2008 and joined the realty team in 2010. While a single-family agent, I was a member of a team who averaged over 12 closings a month. Since moving the multi-family team has closed more than $100 million in transactions.

I have the BPOR and CNE designations in real estate. In August of 2020, I achieved the globally recognized commercial real estate designation of being a CCIM member. It is often called the MBA of Commercial Real Estate. I’m a member of the National Team of LS Realty Advisors, Inc. and I’m currently licensed in 10 states.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, I moved to the city and started to pursue a career in broadcasting. Shortly after graduation my wife and I moved to Houston, Texas in 2008. I have three kids.

I have a B.S. in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State College (Trenton, New Jersey) as well as a technical certification in Broad casting from the Ohio and Illinois Center of Broadcast (Chicago, IL).

As a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for real estate, I knew early on that rental properties were the key to financial freedom. I joined Lifestyles Realty in the Summer of 2016. I have a BS degree in Business with a concentration in Project Management. I’ve also earned the designation of Pricing Strategy Advisor. My investment property career began in 1999 when I began purchasing rental properties as a college student as well as over 100 transactions under my belt as an agent.

Prior to joining LU, I have over 12 years in the upstream Oil & Gas Industry with significant experience in international sales and purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain consulting.

A few fun facts about me…My lovely wife of 18 years made the “mistake” of marrying me after only 5 days! We have 2 incredible children of 17 and 11 who keep us busy going to music performances and cheer competitions!

I love Cajun cooking and Texas BBQ! I also play guitar and just picked up the drums a year ago (my neighbors LOVE me!). I purchased my 1st rental property when I was 19 and as a student at LSU. If I’m not working deals you’ probably find me at the fishing camp or offshore.

With a track record of managing over $2 billion in sales, my teams consistently ranks among the top ten percent of agents in the city. Throughout my tenure in the industry, I have cultivated an environment that prioritizes attentive listening and personalized matching of individuals with investment properties tailored to their specific needs.

My achievements can be attributed to my background in development and construction, complemented by an understanding of marketing and advertising strategies.

Originally from North Carolina, I pursued my academic pursuits at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Over the past three decades, I have proudly called Texas home.

With a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, I aim to continue facilitating successful property transactions and meeting the diverse needs of my valued clients.

I began my multifamily real estate journey in 2013 when I joined Lifestyles Unlimited as a preferred investor. Since then, I have participated in numerous transactions from the buy and sell side. With a successful portfolio of over 2,000 units in the past ten years, I bring a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of multifamily transactions including property locating, acquisition, rehabbing, operations, and dispositions.

While I hold a bachelor’s in education from The University of Texas and master’s degree in school psychology from Texas State University, to further my education in real estate and property management, I earned my Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2014, am a Certified Lead Investor with Lifestyles Unlimited, and earned my real estate license in 2023.

I am a Texas native and in my free time enjoy anything involving the great outdoors such as boating, camping, fishing, skiing, and hiking. I love to travel with my husband and two children. We enjoy finding new adventures to create lasting memories together as a family.

With 20 years of commercial real estate experience working for global finance, real estate, and advisory firms; I have contributed to more than $5.5 billion in real estate transactions. My primary focus since 2012 had been on the multifamily asset class; working for more than 125 institutional and non-institutional clients (local, regional, national banks; CMBS; Freddie/Fannie; national brokerage groups; life insurance companies; pension funds; and high net worth investors) across 28 states (Florida to Alaska). I’ve served as an expert witness in federal court (Dallas) as well as bankruptcy arbitration (Texas) with matters related to real estate.

Commercial experience and property types range from multifamily, office, retail, industrial, medical, vacant land, subdivision development land, condominiums, parking garages, R&D data centers, special purpose facilities, mixed use developments and government buildings.

Prior to my real estate career, I served as a product manager for an automotive tech company with more than 425,000 customers (Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, and Rolls-Royce) and was responsible for multi-million-dollar company revenue growth, operational efficiencies, along with technology suite integration. I co-patented a product in the early stages of the confluence of wireless, automobile, and GPS technology.

I love to travel; having visited more than 20 countries and all but 4 US states! I am a native Texan, an active multifamily investor, and a graduate of Southern Methodist University.

I joined the Lifestyles Unlimited Inc. Multifamily Real Estate team in 2017, with 17 years of Fortune 500 corporate real estate experience. Since then, I have specialized in multifamily real estate and sold over $75 Million in assets. As a multifamily investor myself, I understand the need to be intensely involved in the management of each transaction, from initial sales consultation to closing. I believe in exceptional personalized service and have strong analytical abilities that ensure I exceed my client’s expectations.

My market area of success focuses on B & C class assets, including secondary and tertiary markets expanding across Dallas/Fort Worth and north Texas.

I joined Lifestyles Realty team in 2019 and specialize in Multifamily and Single-family Investment Real Estate.  I am a licensed REALTOR® in Arizona and Georgia.  I am an active multifamily investor.

I hold a BA in Communications from the University of Arizona.  I truly enjoy building trusting, professional relationships with clients and our members.  Prior to my career in real estate, I spent 16 successful years in sales and client management in the financial technology industry.

I enjoy spending time with my family, fitness and being outside and enjoying nature.
